Our First Photos of Billi

After following many, many blogs through our adoption process - I have finally decided to start my own. Not only is it a great way to document our adoption journey, but I have found it so theraputic while waiting for our little girl to follow the process of others. 

Right now in our journey, we have finished our court hearing and await our final ruling. Our latest bump has been that our judge in Taiwan has asked us to authenticate a particular document that is in our dossier, has been translated, but was not authenticated as no other judge has asked for this in the past. He will not issue a final ruling until this document is authenticated. He should receive by end of week, and then we wait again for the final ruling. We are hoping to travel by end of November if he looks at our dossier quickly. Once our judge issues the final ruling, our travel date will be six weeks after that!!
