Busy, Busy, Busy!!!

Working on flights now - jeez, gets complicated! I am working on my list of about 55000 things that I have to do before we leave. My son is such a little man - he's so conflicted....super excited about a sibling and going to Taiwan, but very anxious about sharing his parents - he's been an only child for almost 9 years. Chad and I have to remind ourselves that we both came from large families and that we all adapt, but Ashton does feel the difference of an  almost four year old child coming into our home instead of an infant coming from my belly....he has discussed it with us at length and I have to say I am very thankful that he feels comfortable in talking to us about these things. Hubby is so incredible when I talk to him about all my concerns, our son adapting, our daughter adapting - he just has such a calm sense about him that everything will be fine....

WHAT A DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

We received Final Ruling today!!!!!!!! I am so happy I can barely stand it. I woke up this morning, did the same routine I have done for the last eight months and immediately checked my email......and there it was, the email I have been waiting for......travel date!!!!!! It was such a hard wait, there is nothing like that wait......the last two weeks I thought I was going to have to take Prozac!!!! We leave Thanksgiving Day, November 26th, we will have about three days to sight see and then we pick up Billi on December 1st and then AIT December 2nd and then back again to AIT to pick up passport on December 3rd, and then home on December 4th. Whoooo Hoooo!!!!!

Still waiting for final ruling...

These are a couple of pictures from our last update - Billi cut her own hair and that is how she got this funky haircut!! Her foster mom had to cut her bangs WAY back. Too funny. Our agency said today that our paperwork is at court and we are still waiting for our judge to issue the final ruling - our first hearing was back on July 31st of 2009......so we are really ready to hear about our travel call.
